About the role:
Responsible for managing all HR matters in Taiwan and providing administrative HR support to Singapore. This role focuses on delivering high-quality HR services to employees and managers, handling day-to-day transactions and inquiries, and ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations. The incumbent will contribute to workforce strategy development and provide decision support. He/ She will also independently address employee questions, issues, and requests in a timely and effective manner.

Scope: Responsible for all HR matters in Taiwan (96 employees), with potential backup support for India or Singapore.
Ensure 100% data accuracy and compliance across HRIS platforms (Workday, iCIMS, and local attendance system). Responsible for maintaining audit readiness and executing updates in line with the Delegation of Authority (DOA) policy. Provide HR administrative support for the Singapore office (8 employees), including maintaining leave records and managing flex-point documentation.
Provide timely and accurate employee data—including attendance, overtime, new hires, terminations, absences (e.g., maternity leave), and awards—to payroll administrators. Ensure proper documentation is in place and maintain data integrity for internal and external audits.
Handle employee lifecycle transactions including:
Oversee key HR vendors, including:
Collaborate with COE and Procurement on vendor selection and contract management.
Support the implementation of global HR strategies and tailor policies and processes to meet local business needs. Act as a strategic partner by providing local HR insights and compliance feedback to Global HR and Centers of Excellence (COEs). Partner with leadership on succession planning and advise on organizational optimization in terms of time and cost efficiency.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Taiwan:
Minimum Education Required: | Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. |
Minimum Experience (Years and type): | Minimum of 5–8 years of professional experience in a Human Resources role (e.g., HR Specialist). |
