As the growth of Performance Plastics in Asia, we need to have very skilled technicians to support the development of differentiated product. This compounding role is a function which is performed within the Technology and Innovation (T&I) lab under the R&D Department. This job was created to fulfill the growth targets of the consumer electronic business in APAC. This role will be responsible for developing new polymer technology platforms and new polymer products and compounds to meet the medium (2-3 years) and longer term (> 3 year) needs of Asia Pacific market. Our priority markets are Consumer Electronics and Medical as well as potential adjacent markets like Electrical and high quality home appliances and consumer wearable. The employee will be needed to have in-depth understanding of the application requirement and identify the development trend to ensure Trinseo’s leadership position in the market segment. The employee should also work with commercial team to develop new accounts or solve the technical problems for existing customers.

Site Logistics 3
Provide support for Trinseo's manufacturing operation through packaging, loading and unloading a variety of hazardous and non-hazardous bulk tank trucks/railcars for the distribution of Trinseo products.
This role also manages unloading of packaged raw materials, packaging latex in drums and totes, and loading packaged raw materials in box trucks for distribution.

As a Chemical Operations Technician, for a NYSE-listed, publicly traded company with approximately 3,500 employees around the world, this role will play an integral part on the Dalton Operations Team. The ideal candidate will excel in problem solving, critical thinking, information processing, mechanical aptitude, computer skills, process thinking, and teamwork skills. These skills are applied in the safe, reliable, operation of a modern highly automated plant. Dependent on experience, starting pay is $26.00/hr The Operations Technician is located at our Dalton, GA Latex Plant and reports to the Operations Leader.

The starting rate of this position is $46.15/hr.
The Reliability Mechanic is responsible for problem troubleshoot and repair execution-based work schedule, related with piping, plumbing, structure's, supports and tank systems within the facilities. Reliability mechanics are also responsible for the execution of mechanical tasks through the production lines.
